Annual Initiatives
Participating in the following programs positions your company as a supporter of continuing education and research. You will be recognized in print, e-mails, newsletters, NANN’s website, and during programs or activities.
Industry Relations Council
The Industry Relations Council (IRC) is a forum for participating organizations to connect with leaders in neonatal nursing. It enables you to enhance your organization's visibility to this highly specialized audience. As part of the council, you can discuss shared goals and explore collaborative opportunities and interests. Executive and associate levels are available.
Research Institute
Support developmental opportunities for researchers to grow their knowledge and skills through the Research Institute. New and experienced researchers will benefit from programming and dissemination, mentoring, and grant opportunities.
One of the most exciting endeavors of the Research Institute is the NANN Research Summit, which provides an annual opportunity for neonatal nurses to present their research or projects to an audience of their peers. Supporters may choose to support the institute or the summit specifically.
Emerging Leader Fellowship
Are you committed to developing nurse leaders in the NICU and beyond? Demonstrate that commitment through support for the NANN-Synova Emerging Leader Fellowship. This virtual, 5-month curriculum provides neonatal nurses a unique learning experience that maximizes their leadership professionally and personally.
CE Now!
Participate in CE Now!, NANN's hub for online learning modules. Available on NANN's Learning management system, iLearn, members learn from evidence-based and peer-reviewed modules about topics such as the physiology and pathophysiology of various conditions, management strategies, ways to involve parents and families, and areas for further research.
NANNcast
Since 2019, NANN’s podcast series provides listeners with advice, tips, and expertise to better inform neonatal nurses, industry partners, and families of NICU patients. Is there a topic you’d like to discuss or investigate? This is great way to get your brand in front of the thousands of neonatal nurse listeners of each episode.

Help NANN present live and/or recorded webinars for members on trending clinical and professional development topics that matter to your organization and support the work neonatal nurses do in the NICU.
Health Equity Initiatives
NANN is committed to efforts that support and promote health and racial equality through our strategic plan. We are looking for industry or other like-minded organizations interested in partnering to make the profession and all care settings places of diversity, equity, and inclusion for neonatal nurses, patients, and their families.
