Job Summary
Assesses designs, presents or coordinates and evaluates educational programs, in-service and orientation for designated nursing division. These educational offerings for nursing and non-nursing personnel assure competence while advancing the knowledge, skills and ability of the provider staff from novice to expert. Works well with all members of the hospital community.

Qualifications
Must have both Bachelors and Master degrees in Nursing, at least 5 years direct care experience in a Level III NICU, and 3-5 years experience as a CNS. She/he needs to have excellent track record of collaborative practice, building and expanding NICU services and working with a highly professional nursing practice with a primary nursing model and peer review , preferably from a Magnet institution. Experience with transport of critically ill neonates  Current registration to practice nursing in the State of Massachusetts.  ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
