NICU Educator
Temple, TX
Seeking Educator for level III NICU with 48 beds including intensive/intermediate/transitional care and a transport team. Ideal candidate will have Level III Nursery experience plus an educational background. A Master's degree in Nursing plus advanced practice certification is optimal. The NICU is currently initiating ECMO and Cool Cap programs.

Medical Science Liaison – Northeast (ME, ME, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, DE, MD, PA, DC)
The qualified candidate will be responsible for creating value by
providing high level scientific and clinical information regarding
relevant disease concepts and treatment practices, as well as
educational and research support to therapeutic experts, key
individuals at academic institutions and healthcare
providers/organizations. Responsibilities will also include increasing
awareness and facilitating competitive positioning of company’s
products as well as establishing and developing collaborative
relationships with the medical/scientific community in neonatology and
critical care.
Essential duties will include introducing company and company science
and products to key opinion leaders and academic centers; participating
in regional advisory boards to disseminate scientific information and
develop regional advocates as well as attend local, regional and
national medical conferences. Candidate will present data on company
science and products to healthcare providers including physicians,
nurses, respiratory therapists and pharmacists in compliance with
regulatory guidelines.
Other required skills are the ability to successfully navigate within a
hospital setting; having hospital based product knowledge and/or
experience; knowledge of NICU; experience with premature infant
populations; exemplary interpersonal skills; strong presentation
skills; ability to learn and convey technical information; and
excellent organizational and time management skills.
Educational requirements are a minimum bachelor’s degree in scientific
or healthcare field or healthcare certification (BA/BS Biology, R.Ph.,
LPN, RN, RRT). An advanced degree is preferred (MS, PhD, MSN, PharmD,
MD, DO). Experience of 2+ years as a Medical Science Liaison or
similar position strongly preferred. Knowledge and/or clinical
experience in neonatology, pediatrics or pediatric critical care
required. Position requires 60% travel.
