TGH is currently recruiting a Clinical Education Specialist for our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Qualified candidates will have a Master's in Nursing and three years related work experience; or a Bachelor's in Nursing and Master's in Education with three years related work experience. Pediatric and NICU experience also required.

Position: Clinical Nurse Educator, Peds/PICU/NICU

Description: Fosters the achievement of learning by diverse learners in the Pediatrics, PICU and NICU. Serves as educator, facilitator, change agent, consultant, researcher and leader.  Works collaboratively with unit management to ensure program development, implementation and evaluation. Full-time day shift with some flexible scheduling to meet needs of off shift and weekend staff.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) with five years clinical experience. Level III NICU, Pediatrics and PICU experience required. Current State of Illinois RN license. Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline preferred. Certification in area of speciality preferred.
