State of Current Practice for Telehealth/Telemedicine and Breastmilk Drops in NICU Care

With the change in delivery of care during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of telehealth/telemedicine is hypothesized to have increased. We are wanting to know the current state of the practice for telehealth use in the NICU for future telehealth intervention development. Similarly, we are interested in the current use of milk drops, specifically breastmilk, to understand the current state of practice in this area. We hypothesize many NICUs use milk drops for "oral care" but we are not aware of any standardized procedure for oral care and/or oral enjoyment.
