Update on NANN 2023 Bylaws Amendments

Exciting changes are ahead. Two NANN bylaws amendments will take effect by the end of Q1 2024:

  • Non-nurse healthcare providers will be able to join NANN for the first time as Associate Members.
  • The National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NANNP), the advanced practice division of NANN, will launch its new name: the National Association of Neonatal Nurses – Advanced Practice (NANN-AP).

These amendments reflect our commitment to inclusivity of all our neonatal colleagues. Their aim is to increase access to best practices, educational standards, and the diverse community connections offered by NANN, fostering a more supportive environment for all our members.
